As the Founder & CEO of TGBTG Concrete Professionals, Duane leads and oversees all strategic and operational aspects of the organization, drawing upon over three decades of expertise in concrete finishing. Prior to founding the company, he honed his leadership skills during his more than fifteen years at Duke Energy, fostering his entrepreneurial aspirations.
Duane's hands-on approach as a leader fosters a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization. Outside of his professional endeavors, he advocates for work-life balance and enjoys a diverse range of outdoor activities. Family holds a special place in his heart, cherishing moments with his wife of over two decades, Cheetah, and their four children: Jonathan, Jeremiah, Charity, and Harmony.
Cheetah Ross | Chief Operations Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Cheetah oversees and ensures the seamless execution of all aspects of our business's daily operations, facilitating smooth project progress and ensuring exceptional workmanship for utmost customer satisfaction. Beyond her professional achievements, she holds a cherished role as a devoted wife and mother of four children. With over fifteen years of experience in the medical field, Cheetah's illustrious career underscores her diverse expertise. In her leisure time, she finds solace in family bonding activities and shares her passion for singing. Additionally, her active involvement in her local church community reflects her dedication to personal and professional excellence, making her a true leader who balances multifaceted responsibilities with grace and proficiency.
Jonathan Ross | Financial Controller/HR Director
As the esteemed Financial Controller and HR Director, Jonathan leads the company's business and finance functions with a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm, providing invaluable strategic guidance and financial acumen. Notably, he graduated from the University of North Carolina, majoring in finance with a concentration in real estate. Leveraging five years of experience in the restaurant services industry, he nurtures aspirations to establish a formidable conglomerate of restaurants while exploring opportunities in the dynamic real estate sector. Jonathan's diverse interests span law and crime media, motivational content, singing, reading, and engaging in soul-enriching journeys.
Dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with friends and family, Jonathan actively serves his local church and makes significant contributions to the community.
